About Us

NetAIM are committed to helping businesses deliver great user experiences for their target customers. We have an in depth understanding of web usability issues which we communicate in a user friendly and jargon-free format.

Based near Brighton on the South Coast, NetAIM is run by Gary Parfoot. Gary has a BSc in Electronic Imaging and Media Communication, and has been involved in web site design and development since 1995. As a director of several new media companies over his career, he has lead a wide range of projects encompassing digital and interactive television, interactive multimedia and internet technologies.

Gary first became interested in web usability after reading Jakob Nielsen's book "Designing Web Usability" in 2000, and has prioritised the user experience in web projects he has been involved in ever since.

Gary is a member of the Usability Professionals' Association.

Throughout our user centered web design process NetAIM employ a range of freelancers who are conversant with the latest web technologies which are applied as appropriate. These include:
